Bellatrix has been retained to entitle multiple solar farms in the state of Florida for Florida Power and Light. Bellatrix makes recommendations on future sites and provides all zoning and entitlement work concluding at the pre-construction / permitting stage

Analyzing a comprehensive list of constraints and opportunities, Bellatrix created a master planning document for the Campus. Future development alternatives were designed to address the future needs of the community, maximize development potential and value, and to “future proof” development of the UF Health Campus.

Acquisition of land and buildings, recombination of lots to form three additional building pads for garage apartments in the rear. Homes converted from duplexes to single family. The final home (314) was renovated as a National Park Service (NPS) project with associated Federal tax credits. Homes received 7 year property tax abatement from the city
